Located in Historic Downtown Santa Ana, California on the corner of W. Fourth St & Broadway. This was a collaborative effort on an adaptive re-use proposal.
The multiphase project included an exterior restoration of the lower level back to its original state. Phase one was turning the first floor into a market and cafe. Phase two was creating an on sight day care on floor two. Phase three was residential apartments on floors three and four to be served by the market and daycare.
